Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi serves as the Secretary of the Party Committee of Party agencies under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

On the morning of February 3rd, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on the establishment, termination, and dissolution of Party organizations in accordance with Plan No. 427 dated January 28, 2025, of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of the City's Party agencies directly under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, comprising 30 grassroots party organizations and 3,252 party members. The decision takes effect from February 3, 2025.

The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also appointed the Party Committee Executive Board, the Party Committee Standing Committee, the Party Committee Secretary and Deputy Secretary; the Party Committee Inspection Committee, along with the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee of the City Party agencies for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms.

Specifically, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Party agencies under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee consists of 25 members (8 positions are vacant); the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consists of 11 members.

In this structure, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee - serves as the Party Committee Secretary; the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee is Ms. Nguyen Thi Le - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairwoman of the City People's Council; the two Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee are Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee and Ms. Le Thi Hong Nga - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Government Agencies Bloc in Ho Chi Minh City.

In addition, the Party Disciplinary Committee of the Party Committee of the Party agencies under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee consists of 6 members, including Ms. Le Thi Hong Nga - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc in Ho Chi Minh City, as the Chairperson of the Party Disciplinary Committee, and Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Chairperson of the Party Disciplinary Committee of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, as the Vice Chairperson.

Currently, the Party Disciplinary Committee of the Party Committee of the Party agencies under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has one vacant deputy chairman position.

Mr. Phan Van Mai is the Party Secretary of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, directly under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also decided to establish the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, directly under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, comprising 51 grassroots party organizations and 6,924 party members.

Simultaneously, the Party Committee Executive Board, the Party Committee Standing Committee, the Party Committee Secretary and Deputy Secretary; the Party Committee Inspection Committee, along with the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms were appointed.

Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, directly under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, consists of 30 members (3 vacancies), and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consists of 11 members.

The Party Committee Secretary is Mr. Phan Van Mai - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Committee; Mr. Duong Ngoc Hai - Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee - is the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

The other two deputy secretaries are Mr. Tran Van Nam - Secretary of the Party Committee of the People's, Government and Party Bloc of Ho Chi Minh City - and Mr. Ngo Thanh Tuan - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Business Bloc of Ho Chi Minh City. The Party Committee's Inspection Committee of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, directly under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, consists of 6 members (one position is vacant) and is chaired by Mr. Tran Van Nam - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

The permanent deputy chairpersons are Mr. Nguyen Doan Loc - Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the People's, Government, and Party Bloc of Ho Chi Minh City - and Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao - Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the Business Bloc of Ho Chi Minh City - serving as deputy chairpersons.
