Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dat holds the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Binh province.

Accordingly, implementing Notice No. 1148-TB/TU, dated March 7, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of cadres to the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, on March 12, 2024, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee signed Decision No. 568/QD-UBND transferring and appointing Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Trach district Nguyen Xuan Dat to hold the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.

At the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Thang emphasized that personnel work is a regular task of the Party to arrange and perfect the team of leaders and managers to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation, especially advising the Party Committee and the government to comprehensively lead and direct all areas of the province. At the same time, he hoped that the new Director of the Department of Planning and Investment would continue to strive, practice, promote moral qualities, professional capacity and work experience, and quickly approach the job.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dat was born on February 4, 1974 in Quang Phuong commune (Quang Trach district, Quang Binh ); has a Master's degree in Law and a Senior Degree in Political Theory. He has held the positions of Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade and Head of the Provincial Market Management Department; Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Trach district; Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Trach district.
