Focus on investing in infrastructure and equipment.

To ensure the operation of the new administrative procedure reform model, after the merger, the Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to establish the Ca Mau Provincial Public Administrative Service Center, with a staff including a director, 3 deputy directors, and 16 civil servants and officials responsible for controlling administrative procedures, receiving and resolving administrative procedures for citizens and businesses.

At the commune-level public administrative service centers, 64 communes and wards have basically completed the arrangement of a dedicated center director equivalent to a commune-level department head, with some units having one deputy director. In addition, some units have assigned 1-2 members to the community digital technology team to support and guide citizens in using online public services . This ensures that the receipt and processing of applications for citizens and businesses are smooth and uninterrupted.

The arrangement of offices and working equipment for the public administrative service center, based on inheriting the facilities, equipment, and infrastructure of the reception and results delivery departments at the district and commune levels before the merger and reorganization of administrative units, has also been completed, ensuring that these units have operated stably and smoothly from July 1, 2025 to the present.

The Phong Thanh Commune Public Administrative Service Center ensures the necessary facilities to receive and process administrative procedures for the people.
