Pacific Airlines takes off again after restructuring.

Accordingly, Pacific Airlines will operate daily flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi , Da Nang, and Chu Lai, with a total of 6-8 flights per day starting from June 26th. During peak periods, the airline will proactively increase flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Thanh Hoa, Vinh, Hue, and Tuy Hoa to meet passenger demand.

With the aforementioned flight schedule, the airline will provide a total of nearly 1,000 flights, equivalent to more than 180,000 seats during the peak tourist season. To prepare the necessary fleet resources, Pacific Airlines will gradually receive and put into operation three Airbus A321 aircraft; two of which have a configuration of 203 seats (8 business class seats and 195 economy class seats) and one with 184 seats (16 business class seats and 168 economy class seats).

During this restructuring phase, in addition to restoring its flight network, Pacific Airlines is simultaneously upgrading its service standards comprehensively. As a result, customers can experience service on Airbus A321 aircraft with international-standard quality, comparable to Vietnam Airlines .

The most notable change is that Pacific Airlines will offer business and economy class services with meal and baggage allowances included in the ticket price, similar to Vietnam Airlines. Passengers will also be provided with entertainment systems and other in-flight services, along with a mileage accumulation policy for Lotusmiles members, just like when flying with the national airline.

Pacific Airlines' cabin crew is trained and serves passengers according to Vietnam Airlines' standards, with a particular focus on customer care at every touchpoint to provide a complete experience on every journey. Through this, passengers will enjoy excellent service experiences when flying with Pacific Airlines.

Tickets for these flights will be available for purchase at ticket offices, agents, the website, or the mobile app of Vietnam Airlines and Pacific Airlines. Passengers purchasing tickets on codeshare flights operated by Pacific Airlines through the Vietnam Airlines booking system or website will see the annotation “Operated by Pacific Airlines” or “Operating carrier BL” (English: Operated by Pacific Airlines or Operated by BL) and flight number VN6XXX.
