With the goal of ensuring safety for themselves, colleagues, families, units and towards the whole society, on the afternoon of December 2, 2024, Thanh Hoa Power Company (PC Thanh Hoa) held a launching ceremony to sign a commitment to occupational safety and hygiene (OSH) between employees and employers.

Over the years, PC Thanh Hoa has always thoroughly grasped, directed and placed occupational safety and health as the most important factor in the sustainable development of the unit. Accordingly, in the process of implementing tasks, the entire political system of the Company has participated, in which it is especially determined to raise awareness, responsibility and set an example for the unit's leaders and all employees. Many solutions have been resolutely implemented such as: propaganda, training, fostering, coaching, health care, implementing policies for employees in accordance with regulations.
In order to create a clear change, further improve the quality to help prevent unsafe risks in the production process, the launching ceremony of the labor safety commitment signing between direct workers, managers, union representatives and employers in PC Thanh Hoa has clearly shown in the agreement between workers and employers to enhance the sense of responsibility of workers for labor safety while protecting the rights of both workers and employers to thereby build a safe, professional and effective working environment.

Speaking at the ceremony, EVNNPC Deputy General Director Vu Anh Phuong emphasized: Labor safety is a very important task for every enterprise and people are the most valuable asset. This event demonstrated the commitment of employees to employers. He hoped that from the stature of a large unit that is currently developing rapidly in the Northern Power Corporation, along with favorable conditions, after this event, he would like to request that units under Thanh Hoa PC spread the spirit and widely deploy it to all employees so that every action and work always demonstrates responsibility towards themselves, colleagues, agencies and the community.
