With the goal of ensuring safety for themselves, their colleagues, their families, their workplace, and the entire society, on the afternoon of December 2, 2024, Thanh Hoa Power Company (PC Thanh Hoa) organized a ceremony to launch the signing of occupational safety and health commitments between employees and employers.

Over the years, Thanh Hoa Power Company has consistently emphasized and prioritized occupational safety and health as a key factor in the sustainable development of the unit. Accordingly, the entire political system of the company has been involved in the implementation of tasks, with a particular focus on raising awareness and setting a good example by the unit's leaders and all employees. Many solutions have been decisively implemented, such as: propaganda, training, education, health care, and ensuring employee benefits are provided in accordance with regulations.
To create a significant change and further improve the quality of work, thereby preventing safety risks in the production process, the launching ceremony for the signing of the labor safety commitment between direct workers, management staff, trade union representatives, and employers in PC Thanh Hoa clearly demonstrated in the agreement between employees and employers the aim to strengthen the sense of responsibility of workers regarding labor safety while protecting the rights of both employees and employers, thereby building a safe, professional, and efficient working environment.

After the unit head and exemplary worker read their individual commitment statements, the ceremony proceeded to launch the signing of a labor safety commitment between direct laborers, management staff, trade union representatives, and employers in Thanh Hoa Power Company.

Speaking at the ceremony, EVNNPC Deputy General Director Vu Anh Phuong emphasized: Occupational safety is an extremely important task for every enterprise, and in that enterprise, people are the most valuable asset. This event demonstrated the commitment of employees to their employers. He hoped that, given the scale of a large unit currently experiencing remarkable development within the Northern Power Corporation, and with favorable conditions, the units under Thanh Hoa Power Company would spread this spirit and implement it extensively among all employees so that every action and deed always reflects responsibility towards themselves, their colleagues, the agency, and the community.
