Over the past 5 years, the Group has successfully completed 12/12 targets set by the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, many targets were completed 1-2 years ahead of schedule, many targets set new records. This is unprecedented in the 50-year history of Petrovietnam .

Movements such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Emulation: Safety - Quality - Efficiency", "Emulation to practice thrift, fight waste, no unsafe working days and hours", "Emulation to build oil and gas culture" and especially the program "Petrovietnam Innovation"... have aroused the movement of scientific research, innovation, promoting initiatives, technical improvements, production rationalization, contributing to encouraging the spirit of solidarity, readiness to commit, aspiration to contribute, and the will to innovate of workers.
Especially in the past 5 years, many collectives and individuals have won many science and technology awards, such as 3 Ho Chi Minh Awards accounting for 25% of awarded works/groups of works; 3 state awards accounting for 18% of awarded works/groups of works; 34 science and technology research projects winning VIFOTEC awards...
The emulation movements have also helped the Group save more than 26.6 trillion VND; 4,190 innovative products were registered in 2024 and the first 6 months of 2025 alone; joining hands to support social security activities with 3,569 billion VND.
According to General Director and Chairman of Petrovietnam Emulation and Reward Council Le Ngoc Son, in the coming period, the Group will continue to promote the patriotic emulation movement with more diverse contents and forms.
Special attention is paid to the development of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation, promoting initiatives and solutions in management, operation and production and business activities, aiming for high and sustainable growth, attracting and nurturing talents, practicing thrift and fighting waste.
In addition, ensuring security, safety and environment; preventing and combating natural disasters and climate change; contributing to ensuring national defense and security and preserving national borders at sea are the top important emulation contents alongside other emulation movements.
