The Group has proactively and synchronously deployed modern management solutions, optimizing production and business efficiency, while still maintaining sustainable development goals.
Total revenue exceeds 1 million billion VND
In 2024, Petrovietnam overcame difficulties, exceeded plans by 6-27% and set a new record with total revenue in 2024 exceeding 1 million billion VND for the first time.
Contribution to the State budget reached 165.6 trillion VND; investment reached over 38 trillion VND, an increase of 49% compared to 2023. Petrovietnam has promoted traditional activities, pioneered in the offshore energy industry and participated in the global energy chain for the first time, opening up new development space. By the end of 2024, Petrovietnam had fully completed the financial targets of the 5-year plan (2021-2025) and exceeded the plan by 6-32%.
According to Fortune, Vietnam has 76 enterprises on this year's list, with total revenue of more than 161 billion USD and a workforce of more than 1.1 million people. Of which, Petrovietnam is one of the enterprises that significantly contributes to these indicators, demonstrating the leading role of Vietnam's energy industry in the international arena. As well as affirming Petrovietnam's position as a leading energy enterprise in the region.
