In order to ensure the safe operation of the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway during the construction of the Liem Son interchange overpass in Ha Nam province, based on the Decision of the Director of the Vietnam Road Administration, the Vietnam Expressway Investment and Development Corporation (VEC) announces the temporary traffic diversion and organization schedule for the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway (section Km239+800-Km242+900).

Specifically, from December 6, 2024, vehicles traveling on the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh expressway in the Liem Tuyen – Cao Bo direction to Km239+800 will turn right onto the branch road (part of the Liem Son interchange construction investment project), then merge back into the main expressway at Km242+220 to proceed to the Cao Bo interchange.
Vehicles traveling on the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh expressway from Cao Bo to Liem Tuyen should turn right at Km242+900 onto the branch road (part of the Liem Son interchange construction project), then merge back onto the main Cau Gie – Ninh Binh expressway at Km240+500 to proceed to the Liem Tuyen interchange.
The maximum permitted speed for vehicles on the branch road (project construction area from Km239+800 to Km242+900) must not exceed 60 km/hour.
Speed limits will be gradually reduced on the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh expressway section before entering the branch road (Km239+800-Km242+900) and gradually increased from the branch road merging into the expressway.
VEC requests that vehicles traveling through this section of the route pay attention to and comply with the road signage system and instructions from the operating unit on the route.
Vehicles traveling on the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh expressway, upon encountering any incidents or noticing any unusual events, are requested to contact the hotline staff at 1900 1838 (available 24/7) for timely information reception and processing.
During the traffic diversion period, the temporary traffic organization on the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh expressway (section Km239+800-Km242+900) will affect the quality of road operation. Therefore, VEC hopes to receive the understanding and cooperation of road users.
