Accordingly, each commune and ward group continues to maintain at least 5 "Digital Education for the People" teams, each team has 15-20 members with knowledge of technology, a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, digital thinking and skills, digital technology , and the ability to communicate, guide, and support people in using digital technology.
The "Digital Literacy" teams focus on implementing the following contents: Propagating and supporting the popularization of basic knowledge and skills of information technology to people and children; organizing direct and online courses on essential digital skills; instructing and popularizing the use of computers, smart devices, and social networks; instructing online public services and interacting with the government via digital platforms; ensuring basic information security and safety, avoiding digital fraud; identifying and preventing bad and toxic information in the digital space. Along with that, instructing people and households to participate in reputable e-commerce platforms of domestic enterprises, sales skills via e-commerce platforms; non-cash electronic payment skills and other digital applications serving production and business suitable to local conditions.
Previously, in the first phase starting from July 7 to August 7, 2025, the Provincial Youth Union deployed the establishment of more than 1,000 youth shock teams with over 20,000 union members and young people participating. Directly and online, 200 "Digital Popular Education" classes were organized, each with about 150 participants. In addition, the youth teams also participated in many local political tasks such as: supporting two-level authorities in administrative work, disseminating laws, guiding and supporting the issuance and exchange of new-model party membership cards, contributing to improving the effectiveness of administrative reform and building e-government.
