DTO - On October 9, the Department of Justice coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the province, the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Provincial Women's Union to organize the online contest "Learning legal knowledge in 2023". The online contest "Learning legal knowledge in 2023" takes place within 3 weeks, from October 11 to 26, 2023. Contestants are officials, union members and young people in the province and workers at all levels of the Trade Union in the province. Contestants participate in the contest online on the website: timhieuphapluat2023.vn; each contestant can only register and use 1 contest account. The contest content includes legal documents: Vietnam Maritime Law, Youth Law, Construction Law, Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contract, Law on Environmental Protection, Law on Intellectual Property, Law on Grassroots Democracy, Law on Electronic Transactions and Law on Drug Prevention and Control; Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control, etc.
Each week, the Organizing Committee will consider rewarding 20 contestants from 4 Clusters with the highest scores, fastest response times and earliest participation in the contest, from highest to lowest. For the final reward, the Organizing Committee will consider awarding 1 special collective prize, 4 collective prizes for the unit with the most effective implementation and mobilization of contestants to participate in the contest, and 1 individual prize for the contestant with the highest score, fastest response times and full participation in the contest within 3 weeks of the contest.

The contest is an opportunity to propagate, disseminate, and educate the law, creating a healthy and useful playground for cadres, union members, youth, and workers in the province. Through the contest, it aims to provide knowledge of newly issued laws, foster skills in handling situations, build and form habits of proactively studying and understanding the law, and raise awareness of compliance and observance of the law among cadres, union members, youth, and workers.
