According to the rules, the competition will take place from October 1st to October 31st, 2025. The Organizing Committee will judge and announce the results in November, and the awards ceremony is expected to be held before December 15th, 2025.
The competition contributes to encouraging students to nurture their dreams, hone their aesthetic skills, cultivate compassion, foster creativity, and strive for excellence in their studies, truly deserving the title of "A Festival of Dreams in the Colors of Childhood."
