Dai Phuoc commune has determined that the special 500-day emulation campaign is not just an ordinary administrative emulation movement, but a historical opportunity for the locality to unlock resources, make breakthroughs, and directly contribute to the goal of building a prosperous, civilized, and modern Dong Nai city.
In response to the special 500-day emulation campaign, the Party Committee, government, and people of Dai Phuoc commune are determined to implement socio-economic development tasks in the area, ensuring double-digit economic growth as set out in the commune Party Committee's resolution (the commune Party Committee's resolution sets a 14% growth target for the 2025-2030 term).
To achieve double-digit economic growth, Dai Phuoc commune strives to exceed its annual budget revenue target by over 20%. Specifically, in 2026, the commune aims to collect over 433 billion VND (the City People's Committee assigned the commune a target of 361 billion VND).
In addition, Dai Phuoc commune strives to achieve an annual disbursement rate of over 98% for public investment capital. In 2026, it aims to complete the zoning plan to serve as a basis for attracting investment and implementing socio-economic development projects in the area. Simultaneously, the commune will focus resources on accelerating the compensation and land clearance process for key projects such as the Cat Lai Bridge project, the Phu My 2 Bridge project, and other projects driving local socio-economic development, especially the two smart riverside urban area projects recently approved by the City People's Council and subsequently approved by the City People's Committee.
In Phuoc An commune, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee Huynh Minh Duc stated: Phuoc An is located in the Southern key economic zone, near major industrial parks in Nhon Trach ward and has convenient transportation connections to Ho Chi Minh City. Phuoc An commune is also close to major transportation routes such as National Highway 51, the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway, and Ring Road 3; at the same time, the commune has a particularly important position in the development of Phuoc An Port - the largest seaport in Dong Nai city, located on the Cai Mep - Thi Vai shipping route; a part of the commune's territory also borders major rivers, creating favorable conditions for waterway transportation and playing an important role in the region's irrigation system.
The goals set for this special 500-day emulation campaign are very high. Therefore, these 500 days are a true test of the city government's capabilities. It's not a test of slogans or lengthy reports, but a test of concrete results.

To achieve its growth targets, Phuoc An focuses on six key breakthrough tasks. Among them, the breakthrough in land resources includes: concentrating on completing legal procedures, closely coordinating with relevant city agencies to remove bottlenecks to successfully auction off the advantageous 102-hectare land plot, creating a sustainable source of budget revenue for reinvestment in infrastructure for the community. Accelerating land clearance on schedule for key transportation and infrastructure projects in the commune, avoiding prolonged delays.
Promoting port service development includes: maximizing the advantages of the river and canal system, coordinating and promoting logistics chains and port-related services, and transforming river ports into vibrant trading hubs for Dong Nai city.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Long Hung Ward, Phan Huy Toan, shared: Long Hung has the advantage of being a gateway directly connecting to Ho Chi Minh City and Long Thanh Airport via National Highway 1, and has a large river system which forms the foundation for developing eco-tourism, waterway transport, and riverside trade and services. Long Hung has many modern urban areas and many strategic infrastructure projects currently being implemented…
With the aforementioned advantages, right from the beginning of the 2025-2030 term, the Long Hung Ward Party Committee has identified and concretized the goal of achieving double-digit economic growth by issuing resolutions and plans to implement three breakthrough areas: developing a modern and smart urban area; developing trade and services; and developing eco-tourism and riverside resorts. To date, the locality has implemented some tasks and achieved certain results.
To transform local potential into double-digit growth momentum, in the 500-day campaign, Long Hung ward continues to focus on implementing solutions such as: Breakthroughs in administrative reform and comprehensive digital transformation, including a minimum reduction of 30-50% in processing time for land, construction, and business household procedures under its jurisdiction. The goal is for Long Hung ward to become one of the city's leading wards in administrative reform by 2027.
Simultaneously, coordinate with the City's Land Development Center to avoid any backlog of files under local responsibility; ensure the progress of land clearance for projects, focusing on four key transportation infrastructure projects: the elevated road along National Highway 51, the extended Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien Metro line, the next phase of Nguyen Huu Canh Boulevard (Huong Lo 2), and the expansion of Bui Van Hoa Road.
Long Hung ward is committed to disbursing at least 70% of public investment capital by the end of Q3 2026, at least 90% by the end of November 2026, and 100% by December 2026 of the allocated capital plan…
