At the launching ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hop - Director of the Van Yen District Land Registration Office Branch said that in the first 9 months of the year, the number of people coming to transact at the district-level public administrative service department increased dramatically, with an average of 40-60 people coming to transact at the land registration department every day. This led to a situation where people had to line up and dial a number very early to wait for their turn, in some cases they had to wait from morning to afternoon to receive their documents, while the number of staff receiving documents at the public administrative department was limited.
Also in the first 9 months of the year, Van Yen district issued 3,532 land use right certificates. Of which, the number of registration files for changes in land information on issued certificates was 2,521, accounting for 71.3% of the number of issued certificates.
Along with that, 1,218 land registration files were received online and 1,178 files returned results via public post. The amount collected via public post was over 400 million VND.
At the launching ceremony, localities spoke and shared experiences in receiving and handling administrative procedures, especially administrative procedures in the land sector.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ha Duc Anh - Chairman of Van Yen District People's Committee said: The settlement of administrative procedures in the field of land registration is a "hot" topic that many individuals and organizations in the district and localities are interested in and want to have reforms and innovations in these administrative procedures. Therefore, the implementation of this movement is extremely important and urgent.
In order for the online receipt of documents and return of results via the Public Post Office for procedures to change land information to be truly effective and achieve results in the coming time, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Van Yen district proposed that the Branch of the District Land Registration Office preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and the People's Committees of communes and towns to continue implementing this movement in communes across the district. Continue to assign and assign officers in charge to coordinate with the support teams of communes and towns in guiding people in writing applications and declaring documents to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize errors. Avoid cases where people submit documents via the public postal service and are returned due to errors.
Along with that, the People's Committee of Mau A town and the communes need to pay attention to doing a good job of disseminating information about the benefits that people enjoy when submitting documents online and returning results via the public postal service. In addition, the District Post Office directs the Commune Post Offices to do a good job of receiving documents to ensure receiving and returning results to people in the shortest time and commit to people to ensure safety when transferring documents, avoiding the situation of documents being lost.
Also at the ceremony, Mau A Town People's Committee signed a cooperation program agreement with the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, Van Yen District Branch - Bac Yen Bai on implementing a loan program for customers who need to borrow capital to buy houses and land in Mau A Town.
Immediately afterwards, delegates and townspeople attended the campaign to receive online applications and return results via the Public Post Office for land information change procedures.
