Launching the Tree Planting Festival "Youth of the Ancestral Land Forever Remember Uncle Ho" Spring 2025

On February 5th, the Provincial Youth Union launched the "Youth of the Ancestral Land Forever Remembers Uncle Ho" Tree Planting Festival for the Spring of the Year of the Snake 2025 as a provincial-level pilot project in Dong Son commune, Tan Son district, with the participation of 120 youth union members and young people.

Representatives of the Provincial Youth Union and local people planted trees in Dong Son commune, Tan Son district, during the launching ceremony.

The program aims to raise awareness, responsibility, and promote the pioneering and creative role of Youth Union officials, members, and young people in participating in planting, caring for, and protecting trees; contributing to environmental protection, climate change adaptation, and sustainable national development. The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee directed 100% of all levels of Youth Union and Association branches to organize tree planting activities under the theme "Forever Grateful to Uncle Ho" in the Spring of 2025, in accordance with the actual conditions of each unit; identifying key contents and solutions for implementing the "For a Green Vietnam" program and completing the tree planting targets for 2025.

Representatives from the Provincial Youth Union and Dong Son commune presented gifts to families in difficult circumstances.

Also at the program, the Provincial Youth Union presented 10 gifts to disadvantaged families in Dong Son commune, Tan Son district.
