Approving the election results of the Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Ninh Binh province and Can Tho city

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, amended and supplemented by a number of articles under Law No. 65/2020/QH14; Pursuant to the Working Regulations of the National Assembly Standing Committee; Pursuant to the Politburo 's opinions on personnel work; Considering Submission No. 149/TTr-DD dated October 17, 2023 of the National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho City and Submission No. 823/TTr-BCTDB dated October 20, 2023 of the Delegation Working Committee, on October 23, 2023, on behalf of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Chairman of the National Assembly signed Resolution No. 889/NQ-UBTVQH15 approving the election results of the Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho City.

Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to approve the election results of Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Director of Can Tho City Police Department as Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho City.

On the same day, based on the consideration of Submission No. 02/TTr-DD dated October 20, 2023 of the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh province and Submission No. 823/TTr-BCTDB dated October 20, 2023 of the Delegation Working Committee, on behalf of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the National Assembly Chairman signed Resolution No. 890/NQ-UBTVQH15 approving the election results of the Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Ninh Binh province.

Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to approve the election results of Mr. Dinh Viet Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee, as Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh province.

Earlier the same day, based on Resolution No. 87/2023/QH15 dated May 22, 2023 of the National Assembly on the election of members of the National Assembly Standing Committee and Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee of the 15th National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued Resolution No. 887/NQ-UBTVQH15 approving Mr. Le Quang Manh to cease his position as Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho City to perform other tasks. At the same time, based on the Politburo's opinion on personnel work, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued Resolution No. 888/NQ-UBTVQH15 approving Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha to cease her position as Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh Province to also perform other tasks.

The Resolution takes effect from the date of signing./.
