'Floating' with Mong flute and To day flowers in Mu Cang Chai

Visitors to Mu Cang Chai will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the sound of Mong flutes and experience the beauty of To Day flowers at a special Festival taking place at the end of December 2024.

The Mong Panpipe Festival and the To Day Flower Festival 2024 will open on the evening of December 27, according to information from the People's Committee of Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai province.

This unique cultural event takes place in Mu Cang Chai, the "Identity - Safety - Friendliness" destination of the Northwest, with a series of activities such as Mu Cang Chai tourism seminar, street performance, Khau Pha paragliding, cloud hunting experience, rice cake pounding competition, spinning top, displaying and selling mountain specialties...

Not only recreating the Mong cultural space on the occasion of welcoming the New Year 2025, the event also aims to promote the strengths of the Terraced Fields destination for economic tourism development, improve the lives of local people and extend solidarity among ethnic groups.
