On the evening of September 17, the 5th floor of The Reverie Saigon Hotel, located right in the Times Square building between Nguyen Hue and Dong Khoi streets, was lit up in a solemn atmosphere when the 10th anniversary party took place. The special highlight was the 6-course menu by Long Trieu (The Royal Pavilion) - a 1-star Michelin restaurant.
The party started with charcoal-grilled char siu in black pepper sauce, the tender meat, the fragrant smell of charcoal mixed with the rich flavor of pepper sauce. Next was fish maw cooked in chicken soup, a sweet, nutritious dish, reminiscent of traditional Cantonese flavors.

Interspersed with Hong Kong cabbage porridge dipped in fermented bean curd sauce and stir-fried E-Fu noodles with mixed mushrooms, creating a balance that was light yet luxurious. Closing the dish was the sesame rice dumplings with sesame filling in cinnamon sugar syrup, a traditional dessert elevated by its exquisite presentation and flavors. More than just a meal, this is a journey of experiencing high-class Cantonese cuisine , reflecting the class of a Michelin-starred restaurant.

On this occasion, guests staying here can choose to experience a 6-course lunch menu at Long Trieu or a sophisticated European dinner with sparkling wine at Café Cardinal, accompanied by a breakfast buffet, minibar, swimming pool, gym, sauna and early check-in or late check-out privileges.
The starting price is 7.41 million VND/night, higher than many 5-star hotels in the center such as Renaissance Riverside, Caravelle or Park Hyatt (ranging from 4 - 6 million VND/night). However, the difference lies in the "luxury with a mark" experience: Michelin cuisine, personalized service, sophisticated Italian design space...
