The market continues to affirm its role as a bridge between localities, businesses, cooperatives with supermarket systems, food stores and modern retail channels.
The fair aims to support localities, enterprises, cooperatives and production facilities in the agricultural sector to develop business, expand the domestic market, and respond to the movements "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" and "Vietnamese goods conquer Vietnamese consumers".
At the market, booths introduce hundreds of typical regional agricultural products. The products on display are all clean, safe agricultural, forestry and fishery products, produced organically, using high technology, or belonging to the OCOP program from 3 to 5 stars. The market affirms that the value and brand of Vietnamese agricultural products are increasingly high in the hearts of domestic consumers.
Fresh chili, a typical Vietnamese spice, is grown in many places across the country. Fresh ginseng and angelica, a food spice and medicinal plant commonly grown in the northern mountainous region, is also brought to the market. The market is organized by the Center for Agricultural Trade Promotion in coordination with the Department of Quality, Processing and Market Development, both under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment .
