On the morning of November 25, comrade Ho Thi Hoang Yen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee had a working session with Vinh Long Newspaper, Radio and Television on the post-merger operations, information and propaganda work.

Also attending the meeting were comrade Nguyen Quynh Thien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the advisory agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and provincial Party agencies; leaders of departments and branches under the Provincial People's Committee; Editorial Board and leaders of specialized departments and public service units under Vinh Long Newspaper, Radio and Television.

Comrade Le Thanh Tuan - Editor-in-Chief of Vinh Long Newspaper, Radio and Television reported on the operation situation after the merger of press agencies, organizational structure, personnel structure, and facilities. Accordingly, Vinh Long Newspaper, Radio and Television is a public service unit directly under the Provincial Party Committee. After the merger, the unit has reviewed and implemented well the Government 's decrees on organization and streamlining.

Vinh Long Newspaper, Radio and Television is a multimedia press agency, operating under the Press Law with 1 radio channel and 5 television channels including 4 types of press. Of which, 5 television channels: THVL1, THVL2, THVL3, THVL4 and THVL5 (Ethnic Language Television Channel); 1 FM Radio channel; Vietnamese and Khmer printed newspapers; Vinh Long Online electronic newspaper.

Comrade Ho Thi Hoang Yen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested some discussion contents on the implementation of the project to merge and consolidate press agencies into Vinh Long Newspaper and Radio and Television; information and propaganda work on the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws, orienting public opinion; especially propagating the results of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
