Mr. Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, received the working delegation from the People's Procuracy of Hua Phan Province.

During their visit and working trip to Thanh Hoa province, on the morning of July 2nd, the delegation from the People's Procuracy of Hua Phan province (Lao People's Democratic Republic) paid a courtesy visit to the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee. Comrade Lai The Nguyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, along with leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department and the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy, welcomed the delegation.

On behalf of the Thanh Hoa provincial leadership, Comrade Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, welcomed and expressed his appreciation for the delegation from the People's Procuracy of Hua Phan province visiting and working in Thanh Hoa province.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee provided further information on cooperation activities between the two provinces in the past, affirming the tradition of solidarity and friendship between Thanh Hoa and Hua Phan provinces in particular, and between Vietnam and Laos in general. He wished the visit of the delegation from the People's Procuracy of Hua Phan province to Thanh Hoa great success and wished for the relationship between the two provinces to "remain ever green and enduring for generations to come."

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also gave a brief update on the socio -economic situation of Thanh Hoa province in the past period and affirmed that Thanh Hoa province has achieved many important accomplishments in all fields in the past period thanks to the assistance of the Central Government, the efforts of the Party Committee, government and people of Thanh Hoa, the support of neighboring provinces and the great encouragement and attention of Hua Phan province.

Over the years, the People's Procuracy of Thanh Hoa province has made many efforts in its activities, contributing to ensuring the stability of security and national defense in the province. To achieve these results, in addition to the direct guidance of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the leadership of Thanh Hoa province, there has been close cooperation with the People's Procuracy of Hua Phan province. The cooperation between the two units has contributed to strengthening the solidarity and friendship between the two provinces and the two states.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee expressed his hope that in the coming time, the People's Procuratorates of Thanh Hoa and Hua Phan provinces will continue to build on the achievements already made, and have more cooperation programs in various fields, especially in information sharing and combating drug crimes, contributing to ensuring national defense, security, and social order in the border region of the two provinces.

Thanking the leaders of Thanh Hoa province for their warm welcome, Comrade Dao Phet Phom Su Van, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the People's Procuratorate of Hua Phan province, along with the members of the delegation, expressed their joy at visiting and working in Thanh Hoa; and congratulated Thanh Hoa province on the outstanding and impressive results achieved in recent years.

The Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Hua Phan province stated: Under the attention of the leaders of the two provinces, the People's Procuracies of the two provinces have recently engaged in many activities to exchange experiences, provide support, and coordinate operations. This is of particular importance in improving the quality of the procuracy's activities on both sides, as well as contributing to strengthening the solidarity and friendship between the two provinces.
