BHG - On the morning of May 25, Comrade Nguyen Manh Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended the inauguration ceremony of the Dong Van District Conference Center. Also attending were Comrade Hoang Dinh Phoi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; and leaders of Dong Van District.

The Dong Van District Conference Center project started construction in January 2022, with a construction area of 1.03 hectares and a total investment of 46.3 billion VND (of which the provincial budget supports 30% and the district budget ensures 70%); the total allocated capital is 32.3 billion VND/46.3 billion VND. The project includes important items such as: Conference Center with an area of 1,505 m2 with 298 seats; 3 meeting and seminar rooms with a scale of 64 to 90 seats; 1 specialized room for press reporters; technical rooms, other functional rooms with full basic equipment to serve political, cultural and social events taking place in the district. In addition, the project also has other auxiliary items such as: Road leading to the Conference Center; Office area of the Department of Culture and Information, Center for Culture, Information and Tourism, guest house, garden...

After 16 months of implementation, the project has basically completed all items to ensure progress and quality and is ready to be put into operation and use. This is a key project of great significance, not only being a place to organize major political events of the district and the province but also demonstrating traditional architectural culture, socio-economic development, the will to rise up and being one of the highlights and symbols of the ethnic groups in the Dong Van Stone Plateau.
Immediately after cutting the ribbon, the leaders planted a souvenir tree at the District Conference Center.
