Promoting digital skills for community digital technology teams.

In accordance with Plan No. 05-KH/BCĐ dated December 24, 2025, of the Steering Committee for Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation Development of Thai Nguyen Province on the implementation of the "Digital Literacy Movement" in 2026, and Plan No. 156/KH-UBND dated June 24, 2025, of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province on the implementation of the "Digital Literacy Movement" in the province, in May 2026, the Department of Science and Technology of Thai Nguyen Province, in coordination with communes, will organize 5 training conferences to disseminate digital skills to 528 members of community digital technology groups in the province.

Overview of the training conference

The training program aims to enhance the digital skills of community digital technology teams, contributing to their role as an "extended arm" in disseminating information and guiding people to access and effectively use essential digital platforms and services.

Mr. Be Viet Khuyen, Specialist from the Department of Science and Technology of Thai Nguyen province, guided participants through several topics at the training conference.

  The training content includes: Guiding citizens on accessing and using the National Public Service Portal System; instructing on registering and using the C-ThaiNguyen application using their phone number and citizen ID; equipping them with skills in using artificial intelligence (AI); enhancing skills in ensuring information security and protecting personal data in cyberspace; and implementing the free issuance of public digital signatures for citizens participating in the conference.

  Through this initiative, Thai Nguyen province continues to promote the "Digital Literacy Movement," gradually enhancing the digital capacity of the community and contributing to the development of a digital government, digital economy , and digital society in the province.
