On September 28, the Traffic Police Department - Ho Chi Minh City Police Department announced that the Northwest Traffic Police Station of this unit has just discovered and handled 13 violations related to alcohol concentration in breath; one of which is a state official.
At around 8:00 p.m. on September 27, in front of house number 454 Provincial Road 8, Phuoc Vinh An Commune, Cu Chi District, the working group of the Tay Bac Traffic Police Station stopped a vehicle and inspected a motorbike driven by a man named VD.
Through the breath alcohol test results, Mr. VD had an alcohol concentration violation of 0.346 mg/L of breath.
Officers and soldiers of the Northwest Traffic Police Station proceeded to draw up a record of administrative violations for this violation.
According to this man's information as well as through checking related documents, it is known that Mr. VD is currently the Deputy Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of a district in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Traffic Police Department will send a notice of violation to Mr. VD's agency to coordinate handling according to regulations.
