T&T Group Vice President Do Vinh Quang becomes Chairman of Vietravel Airlines

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of T&T Group Do Vinh Quang was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietravel Airlines, officially marking T&T Group's direct participation in the management and operation of this tourism airline.

The new Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term of Vietravel Airlines were launched.

Vietnam Airlines Joint Stock Company (Vietravel Airlines) has just held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Vietravel Airlines approved the content of terminating the term of office of all members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the 2022-2027 term ahead of schedule, and elected a new Board of Directors for the 2025-2030 term consisting of 10 members, and a new Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term consisting of 3 members.

At the first meeting, the new term Board of Directors of Vietravel Airlines unanimously elected Mr. Do Vinh Quang to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Along with Mr. Do Vinh Quang, the list of members of the Board of Directors of the new term of Vietravel Airlines also includes Mr. Do Quang Vinh, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors ofSHB Bank, Chairman of BVIM Fund; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nghi, Deputy General Director of T&T Group; Mr. Dao Duc Vu, General Director of Vietravel Airlines; Mr. Vo Quang Lien Kha, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director of Vietravel Group Joint Stock Company, Mr. Doan Hai Dang, General Director of World Trans Joint Stock Company and a number of other senior personnel of T&T Airlines, T&T SuperPort.

Congratulating the success of the event, Mr. Do Quang Hien, Founder and Executive Chairman of T&T Group , shared that with all their enthusiasm, talent and resources, in a short time, the shareholders have built and developed Vietravel Airlines - the first tourism airline in Vietnam. Although it was born during the Covid-19 pandemic and faced many difficulties, Vietravel Airlines still stood firm, built its own brand, and had a position and market share in the current aviation market. As a major shareholder and strategic shareholder of Vietravel Airlines, T&T Group is committed to continuing the good tradition and achievements that Vietravel Airlines has achieved.

2025 is forecasted to be a year of explosive growth for global aviation, in which the Asia-Pacific region is expected to continue to be the largest and fastest growing aviation market in the world. This brings many opportunities for domestic airlines, including Vietravel Airlines. In particular, with the participation of strategic shareholder T&T Group, it will open up new opportunities for Vietravel Airlines to enhance competitiveness, expand its flight network and improve service quality, enhance Vietnam's air transport capacity and the tourism industry, thereby contributing to the country's socio-economic development.

According to Mr. Do Vinh Quang, the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietravel Airlines, in the coming period, together with the strong development potential of Vietravel Airlines, the enthusiasm of shareholders, combined with management experience, strong financial potential and extensive partnerships of T&T Group will contribute to creating new growth breakthroughs for Vietravel Airlines.
