It is expected that by the 2028-2029 school year, the school will have 21 classes with 735 students. According to Circular 23 of the Ministry of Education and Training regulating school facilities, the school still lacks 9 theoretical classrooms, 1 subject classroom, 1 dining room with a capacity of 375 students, 46 dormitories, 1 student restroom, fire prevention and fighting system, etc.

Due to being invested in construction many years ago, the school's facilities do not have a master plan, are unscientific, and are built in a patchwork manner; the old buildings are no longer suitable and are seriously degraded, not meeting the requirements for improving the quality of education. The administration building was put into use in 1999. Currently, there are not enough working rooms, the room area is too small, the floor is degraded, there are many cracks in the walls, ceilings and ceilings, the roofing system is degraded, and the main power line is not guaranteed. The classroom building has been in use since 1999, with a small area and broken brick floors, patched in many places, the ceiling is leaking, moldy; the rainwater drainage pipe is leaking; the railing is broken, the steel column is exposed...

Inspecting the reality at 3 schools, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Hieu acknowledged and commended the efforts of schools and teachers in teaching and learning. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to research and promptly propose to the province to develop investment plans and upgrade facilities for schools with the view of prioritizing investment in degraded high schools first, not investing widely. At the same time, carefully consider issues of ensuring school safety, not allowing unsafe situations for students, staff and teachers. Vinh Phuc Specialized High School is the only specialized school in the province, therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to investing in renovation and upgrading to ensure facilities serving teaching and learning, nurturing excellent and gifted students of the province. With the view of best implementing the policy of caring for ethnic minorities, the Provincial People's Committee will arrange human resources; At the same time, direct the acceleration of the progress of ensuring facilities for the Provincial Ethnic Minority Secondary and High School to enter the new school year 2025 - 2026. The implementation of policies demonstrates the attention and care of the Party, the State, and the province for the people, but must be associated with improving the lives and awareness of ethnic minorities. For Quang Ha High School, which is seriously degraded, the Provincial People's Committee will consider and review all construction items of the school, develop a plan to renovate, repair, and rebuild all construction items, compare the effectiveness with the current renovation plan to choose a suitable investment plan.
