According to Condé Nast Traveler, the Adlerhorst is a room in the Dolomitenhütte Hotel, located on a high cliff. Below is a snowy abyss, in the distance are snow-capped mountains in winter.

The Adlerhorst Room is also famous for having a waiting list that lasts for years.

However, the price to be present at this famous "check-in" spot on the internet is extremely affordable. According to Tripadvisor, Adlerhorst costs 85 USD (about 2.1 million VND) a night, including breakfast with many options such as fruit, cereal, pastries.

The room is highlighted by a large bed covered with a pure white mattress placed next to a floor-to-ceiling glass window, giving guests a panoramic view of the outside.

"This is definitely the most romantic hotel room I've ever stayed in," German travel blogger Dzenisa Forlano commented during a trip to Lienz Dolomites, Austria, in late December 2023.

However, the only downside of Adlerhorst is that there are no private toilets. Despite having to share the bathroom, many visitors still expressed satisfaction because "everything is clean".

Opened in 2012, the Dolomitenhütte is one of the few hotels in Austria built entirely of pine wood right on a rocky outcrop at an altitude of 1,616m.

The hotel features a large lobby with fireplace, two terraces and a restaurant serving traditional dishes and local specialties.

In winter, from the room down to the hotel lobby, visitors can use a toboggan. When going up, people are encouraged to walk to admire the natural landscape that is likened to "in a fairy tale".

Tourists coming to relax here can also participate in many activities such as mountain climbing, outdoor sports , hiking, and mountain biking.

In summer, the terraces of the cliff-top rooms are flooded with sunlight and "offer stunning sunsets".
