In the office of the Women's Union of Nui Thanh district, in addition to some documents and files that require printing, stamping, and circulation, most administrative procedures are currently carried out online, through software for managing cadres and members. Since the beginning of 2023, the "Paperless Association Management" model has been widely deployed for cadres of the Women's Union of 17 communes and towns across the district.

Excitedly sharing about the idea of ​​building the model, Ms. Doan Le Nhi Hanh - Vice President of the Women's Union of Nui Thanh district said: "Keeping up with the 4.0 era, implementing the Resolution of the Women's Congress for the term 2021 - 2026 and minimizing funding sources in association activities, we have implemented the model of "Paperless Association Management" for 2 years. Ms. Hanh also said that in 2024, the Women's Union of Nui Thanh district will continue to maintain and replicate this innovative model in the association system from the district to the grassroots level. Instead of using expensive printed documents and stationery, the union organizations at all levels use electronic documents (google sheets, google forms), scan QR codes of decisions and decrees, digitize many communication contents, apply social networking sites to provide and exchange information (zalo, facebook), organize and implement political tasks in a timely and effective manner to cadres, members and women.

Instead of organizing in-person meetings, the district's association levels have increased online meetings (google meet, zoom), proactively innovating the content and form of propaganda suitable for each group of women about campaigns and emulation movements on the media, on the association's fanpage...

In fact, 100% of women members from district to commune level have successfully applied QR codes in each meeting. Many online competitions, activities and events of the Women's Union of Nui Thanh district were organized, launched, voted and livestreamed on social networks, attracting a large number of views and shares such as: The 2024 contest for excellent propagandists with the theme " Educating parents about educating and caring for children" with 17 participating videos posted, online photo contest "Ao Dai Charm", "Writing about the woman I love", video clip about "Clean house and beautiful garden linkage model", livestream introducing start-up products produced and processed by members and women...

Up to now, the whole district of Nui Thanh has established 55 fanpages, Facebook pages, 222 Zalo groups. Through that, many good initiatives and effective models have been widely spread to the association bases, women's union members and people in the district.
