At the conference, the OCOP Product Evaluation Council evaluated 16 products including: Minh Nghia raw bird's nest, Minh Nghia semi-processed bird's nest (Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nghia business household, Ia Sol commune); Sophora japonica tea (Duc Thanh Dat Agricultural Service Cooperative, Ia Sol commune); Phu Moc Thach sun-dried beef, Phu Moc Thach sun-dried pork (Tran Thi Thu business household, Phu Thien town); Nguyen Hai dried sweet potatoes, Nhat Minh dong vermicelli (Nhat Minh Agricultural Cooperative, Chu A Thai commune); Dai Thom 8 rice, Huong Chau 6 rice (Do Quoc Lam business household, Chroh Pônan commune); Vien Dung bird's nest, Vien Dung raw bird's nest (Duong Van Vien business household, Ia Yeng commune); Jrai Brother Vodka Ricky's Distilled Spirits, 1979 Quarter Cask Whisky, 1991 Harmony Liqueur, 1983 Single Grain Whisky, The Ricky's Cervus Nippon Pseudaxis.
After studying the product profile, the Council members scored based on the evaluation criteria; at the same time, they discussed and gave comments to the product owners about the brand name, packaging design, information on the product... to affirm the product's advantages, increase the value and competitiveness of the product in the market.
Based on the comments and assessments, the product owners will continue to supplement and complete the dossier for the Council to re-evaluate. The evaluation and classification results are expected to be announced 2 weeks after the conference. Products that meet the COOP standards at the district level will be sent to the Provincial Council for evaluation and classification according to regulations.
