Phu Tho: Party Congresses of many communes set a target of increasing budget revenue by 10%

Leaders of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee congratulate Lap Thach Commune Party Congress.

The Congress heard the announcement of the decision of the Standing Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

* The Party Congress of Lap Thach commune was attended by representatives of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, former provincial leaders, former leaders of Lap Thach district (old) and communes and towns: Lap Thach, Xuan Hoa, Van Truc, Tu Du (before the merger), along with 239 party members representing 2,260 party members in the entire Party Committee.

The congress set a target of striving for an average annual increase of 10%-11% in the state budget revenue in the area; striving for no more poor households by 2030 according to multidimensional standards; 100% of schools meeting national standards; and 100% of people having access to clean water.

The rate of subordinate party organizations evaluated and classified as having completed their tasks well or better annually reached over 90%; the rate of party members evaluated and classified as having completed their tasks well or better reached over 90%. Comrade Le Quang Nghiep, member of the Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.

* The Tam Hong Commune Party Congress highly agreed on the main targets: State budget revenue increased by an average of 10% annually; State budget revenue by 2030 reached more than 120 billion VND.

Total social investment capital increases by an average of 25-30% annually; total social investment capital by 2030 will reach about 900 billion VND; strive to have more than 300 enterprises by 2030. Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tu was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.

* The Congress of Lac Son Commune Party Committee strives to increase the State budget revenue in the area by over 18% annually; the State budget revenue by 2030 will reach over 500 billion VND; the total social investment capital realized by 2030 will be about 1,500 billion VND.

Delegates attending the Lac Son Commune Party Congress voted to pass the Congress Resolution.

The commune made a breakthrough in reforming administrative procedures and developing infrastructure and economic space. Comrade Hoang Duc Chinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.

* Lam Thao Commune Party Committee agreed on the targets that by 2030, the budget revenue will reach 1,200 billion VND; total social investment capital implemented in the area will reach 7,500 billion VND; average income per capita will increase to 100 million VND/year; the poverty rate will decrease to below 0.38%.

Lam Thao will become a modern new rural commune, a civilized urban area; with residential areas meeting model new rural standards, smart new rural residential areas. Comrade Nguyen Quang Anh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.

Speaking at the Party Congresses of communes, leaders of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee requested that Party Committees of communes quickly stabilize their organizations and arrange suitable cadres and civil servants capable of meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
