In the final push to complete the tasks for the first six months of 2026, Phuc Tho commune has identified removing bottlenecks as an urgent requirement to create significant changes in management and administration and promote socio -economic development.

According to Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Nguyen Viet Cuong, Party building, propaganda, mass mobilization, inspection and supervision, along with the activities of the Fatherland Front and other socio-political organizations, continue to be implemented synchronously. These results contribute to maintaining unity and cohesion throughout the entire political system, creating a foundation for effectively implementing the local development tasks.

In the field of socio-economic management, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Kieu Trong Sy commune stated that the current priority is to definitively address the five identified bottlenecks. He emphasized the implementation of KPI and OKR evaluation for officials and civil servants from June 1, 2026, to improve the efficiency of public service, increase accountability, and enhance the quality of service to the people.

In addition, Phuc Tho commune is focusing on completing the Project on preserving and promoting cultural heritage values, the Project on improving the quality of education and training, and preparing all necessary conditions to serve the People's Council meeting as planned.

Party Committee member, Party Secretary, and Chairman of the People's Council of the commune, Nguyen Doan Hoan, requested all officials, civil servants, and employees to continue to innovate their thinking from administrative to constructive, serving the people. "Each official needs to proactively research and propose new solutions, improve the quality of advice, and effectively carry out their work," he emphasized.

According to Comrade Nguyen Doan Hoan, removing bottlenecks must be implemented decisively, linked to the specific responsibilities of each agency and unit. Areas such as land management, administrative document processing, urban order, and construction order need to be addressed thoroughly, preventing the emergence of new violations. Heads of agencies must regularly inspect, supervise, and promptly resolve difficulties in the implementation of tasks.

Specialized departments are also required to conduct a comprehensive review of the results of the first six months of the year, especially those related to economic growth, budget revenue, investment capital disbursement, and infrastructure development. For the industrial, handicraft, trade, and service sectors, localities should continue to seek solutions to effectively exploit potential and advantages associated with tourism development and the preservation of traditional cultural values.
