Phuoc Vinh Tay focuses on digital transformation to meet the new situation

On the morning of July 25, 2025, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai and the working delegation had a working session with the Party Committee of Phuoc Vinh Tay commune on the implementation of two-level local government in the locality after the merger.

After nearly a month of implementing the local government model in Phuoc Vinh Tay commune, the government has now been operating stably, the apparatus has been streamlined, reducing the number of focal points, ensuring that it meets the requirements for work; the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, People's Committee and mass organizations have been strengthened, ensuring stability and smooth operation. The Public Administration Service Center has received and processed thousands of administrative procedure files, in accordance with the process and time, contributing to improving the satisfaction of people and businesses.

Socio -economic development has many positive changes with the total state budget revenue in the first 6 months of the year estimated at over 5 billion VND, reaching nearly 63% of the assigned estimate. Total output of aquaculture, livestock and crop cultivation all increased. The commune has also planned land use for the period 2021-2030, focusing on environmental protection and rural landscape improvement. Social security policies have been effectively implemented, providing timely support to policy beneficiaries. Initial medical examination and treatment have been well implemented with a high rate of people participating in health insurance.

In addition to positive results, the local government model in Phuoc Vinh Tay commune still faces some limitations in the lack of synchronization between software systems (household registration, business registration, land) causing difficulties in handling procedures; some areas still do not have detailed instructions on functions and tasks causing confusion in implementation; human resources are not guaranteed in both quantity and quality, not meeting work requirements; facilities and information technology equipment are still limited.

During the working session, the leaders of Phuoc Vinh Tay commune proposed to consider the policy of organizing the recruitment of civil servants and public employees in the coming time to ensure work requirements and supplement sufficient human resources for the apparatus; propose specific instructions on the arrangement of mass organizations assigned by the Party and State; support synchronous investment in information technology equipment, upgrade network infrastructure to ensure effective operation of the Public Administration Service Center and specialized departments; soon connect data systems to quickly and conveniently handle administrative procedures for people and businesses.

Speaking at the direction, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province - Nguyen Thanh Hai praised the proactive spirit of the Party Committee and the government of Phuoc Vinh Tay commune in the work of arranging the apparatus and effectively operating the new government after the merger. He suggested that Phuoc Vinh Tay continue to review and perfect the organization and apparatus, assign tasks to each cadre and civil servant; focus on innovation in thinking, improve digital transformation capacity in performing tasks. Regarding the difficulties and proposals of the commune, he acknowledged and directed relevant sectors to coordinate and remove them for the locality.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the preparation of documents for the 1st Party Congress of the Commune, term 2025 - 2030 of Phuoc Vinh Tay; requested the Commune Party Committee to continue to focus on directing, ensuring the preparation stages are strict, in accordance with the set procedures, content and progress./.
