After a week of continuous difficulties due to bad weather conditions and prolonged rain, on August 28, a squadron of 10 helicopters took off from Hoa Lac airport to practice flying the Party and national flags across Ba Dinh Square.
Also on August 28, squadrons of SU-30MK2, Yak-130, and L-39NG fighter jets also conducted practice flights over the square.
