On March 2-3, the Standing Committee of the Bach Mai Ward Youth Union organized the launch of the 2026 Youth Month and disseminated information about the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, as well as meeting with young voters participating in the election for the first time.

According to Nguyen Le Ngan, Secretary of the Bach Mai Ward Youth Union, during Youth Month 2026, the Ward Youth Union Standing Committee will focus on two key activities: promoting the pioneering, volunteer, and creative role of young people in participating in activities for the benefit of the community and society, and organizing activities to care for and develop young people.

To realize these activities, the Ward Youth Union has established three volunteer teams: "Green Traffic," "Digital Youth - Connecting with the Government, Serving the People," and "Youth Volunteers for Community Life and Social Welfare."

This year, in particular, the Ward Youth Union registered to implement two key models: "Digital Youth - Connecting with the Government, Serving the People" and "Kindness for the Environment".

The Ward Youth Union is also the standing agency responsible for developing the Project "Strengthening the dissemination, education , and prevention of legal violations among students in Bach Mai Ward during the period 2025-2030" in implementation of Program No. 04-CTr/DU of the Ward Party Committee.

During Youth Month, Youth Union branches and members in the area will effectively implement activities in a practical manner, tailored to the specific characteristics of each unit.

This includes focusing on meaningful youth projects and activities aimed at celebrating the election; strengthening the synchronized digital transformation across all aspects of the Youth Union's work, especially implementing the "Digital Literacy Movement" in the 2025-2027 period.

The Secretary of the Youth Union of Bach Mai Ward suggested that youth organizations proactively undertake new and challenging tasks, tailored to the characteristics, specifics, and strengths of young people in their respective units. Along with this, they should proactively advise the Party Committee and government, and coordinate with various departments, agencies, and social forces to promote activities that care for, support, and develop young people...

Speaking on behalf of the youth of Bach Mai ward in response to the 2026 Youth Month, Nguyen Kim Thanh, Secretary of the Youth Union of Bach Khoa Kindergarten, affirmed that they will organize and carry out local volunteer activities; each Youth Union branch will implement at least one meaningful youth project or task to celebrate the successful election and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union ; and regularly maintain environmental protection activities…

At the program, the Standing Committee of the Bach Mai Ward Youth Union implemented the "Kindness for the Environment" model, linked with the activity of donating green trees to Youth Union branches, aiming to build a green, clean, and friendly living space and raise awareness, forming a habit of proactively protecting the environment among each cadre and Youth Union member.

Accordingly, each youth union member in administrative, public service, national defense and security units, and affiliated school youth union branches is encouraged to contribute at least one tree to create a "green corner" at their workplace; and to organize the inauguration and plaque unveiling of youth projects to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2026) and the election day for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
