Long An Ward won first prize in the Propaganda Car Contest to welcome the Provincial Party Congress.

On the morning of October 7, 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tay Ninh province organized a contest to decorate loudspeaker vehicles to promote propaganda and welcome the 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tay Ninh province emphasized The contest is a meaningful cultural activity, an opportunity to promote visual propaganda work, helping units to exchange, learn, exchange experiences, improve propaganda skills, thereby effectively applying them to local practice. Through the contest, it aims to arouse and promote national spirit, patriotic tradition, create consensus and mobilize the strength of the entire people, strengthen people's trust in the Party, raise political awareness, contribute to creating unity in thought and action in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.

At the contest, the jury will score on a 100-point scale, based on the following criteria: propaganda content; aesthetics; sound, technique; ensuring traffic safety; regulations on time and route; and the style, uniform and spirit of participation of the teams.

Vehicles pass through main roads in central wards

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the propaganda convoy paraded through the main roads in the central wards of the province. The vehicles were brightly decorated with the Congress logo, propaganda paintings, Party flags, national flags, flower vines, logos, billboards... creating a vibrant atmosphere, encouraging the spirit of competition among cadres, Party members and people.

After a period of impartial and objective work, the Jury announced the results: First prize belongs to Long An Ward; second prize belongs to Tan Thanh commune and Tan Tru commune; third prize belongs to Thu Thua commune and Vinh Hung commune.

The contest is not only a meaningful cultural playground but also contributes to spreading the spirit of excitement and solidarity among all classes of people, towards the 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030; at the same time, it encourages cadres, party members and people of the whole province to strive to successfully implement the goals of socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security, and build Tay Ninh to be increasingly rich, civilized and sustainably developed.
