Mr. Dang Hoang Phuong (born in 1964) in Khanh Trang block, Vinh Loc ward is currently the Director of Nghi Xuan commune People's Credit Fund, a Catholic who lives a good life, follows his religion well, and is loved by people in the area.

Because, as the head of a currency trading unit, Mr. Phuong determined from the beginning that the operation process must be in the right direction, safe and effective. The Fund regularly maintains strict implementation of regulations on capital safety and solvency in business activities according to the provisions of law and the State Bank.

Regularly maintain monthly activities to evaluate the business performance of the month, evaluate the implementation of assigned tasks to each employee, and draw experience for the next month.

As a Party member with more than 30 years of Party membership, Mr. Dang Hoang Phuong always speaks and acts according to the Party and State's policies and guidelines. At the same time, he maintains his stance, viewpoints, and political ideology, encourages his family and relatives to strictly implement local regulations, and has the spirit of learning to improve his political theory, professional expertise, and personal capacity to meet the development of society.

Including procedures for borrowing, paying, and receiving deposits quickly and without causing inconvenience, the Fund's officers and employees absolutely do not take advantage of others. Regularly change the working method to always create new things in the transaction office, encourage deposits in many forms to create friendliness with customers.

Mr. Dang Hoang Phuong shared: “I always consider the work of training and studying to improve professional qualifications and moral qualities as one of the core and important tasks. Therefore, in business, I have constantly fought against corruption, waste, authoritarianism, arrogance, bureaucracy, maintained my character and moral qualities, been a pioneer and exemplary leader, and carried out well the movement to study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh .”

Through credit activities, Mr. Dang Hoang Phuong has increasingly affirmed his prestige with the local Party Committee, government and people. This is demonstrated by the fact that Mr. Phuong was elected to the Party Executive Committee of Nghi Xuan Commune (old) for many terms and served as a representative of the Commune People's Council for many years.

From 2022 to present, Mr. Phuong is a member of the Catholic Solidarity Committee of Nghe An province. Regardless of his position, this Catholic always stands on the side of the people's interests, builds community solidarity, and contributes to the construction of his homeland.

In particular, as a member of the Provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee, Mr. Phuong actively coordinated with the Pastoral Council of Trang Canh parish and local parishes to mobilize parishioners to effectively carry out the campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas, live a good life, and practice religion".

Guide Catholic Solidarity Groups and Pastoral Councils to establish groups to share the word of God and organize reconciliation activities in the parish community. Advise the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the government, and coordinate with dignitaries and officials to effectively carry out the work of building new rural areas and ensure security in the area.

At the same time, take care of the work of encouraging learning, encouraging talents and humanitarian and charitable movements, mobilizing the construction of solidarity houses for the poor and supporting people affected by natural disasters and floods.
