On the evening of February 13th, the Spring Flower Festival 2026 (Year of the Horse) was inaugurated at Vo Van Kiet Park, Phu Thuy Ward (Lam Dong).

With the theme "Phu Thuy - Aspiration for Prosperity," the opening ceremony of the Binh Ngo Spring Flower Festival 2026 is a particularly meaningful cultural activity, marking the first year the ward is implementing the Resolution of the 1st Phu Thuy Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

With the spirit of "Celebrating the New Year, Celebrating the glorious Party, Celebrating the renewal of the homeland," the 2026 Spring Flower Festival at Vo Van Kiet Park is not only an art exhibition but also a symbol of the vitality and strong transformation of the locality.

The Spring Flower Festival of the Year of the Horse 2026 in Phu Thuy Ward is elaborately designed through emotionally evocative segments evoking memories. Specifically, the "Old Village" segment features images of a fishing village, bamboo beds, green banh chung (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes), and red couplets; the "Phu Thuy - Friendly - Kind" segment includes a Spring Flower Festival entrance gate, a miniature Vietnam landscape showcasing its beauty, a floral arch, the mascot of the Year of the Horse - 2026, a wooden horse on a grassy hill... And especially the "Phu Thuy - Aspiration for Prosperity" segment with a vibrant floral gate, a waterfall of flowers, and sparkling lights; and segments featuring food , games, and more.

The People's Committee of Phu Thuy Ward announced that the Spring Flower Festival is scheduled to take place from February 13th to February 23rd (from the 26th day of the 12th lunar month to the 7th day of the 1st lunar month of the Year of the Horse). The festival is expected to cost approximately 1 billion VND, funded through social mobilization.

According to the plan of the Phu Thuy Ward People's Committee, during the 2026 Lunar New Year, in addition to the Spring Flower Festival, the locality will also organize activities such as visual decoration and promotion; cultural and artistic activities - sports activities, a flower market, etc.
