In addition, the Party Committee and the government of Quyet Tien commune proactively reviewed and prepared the necessary infrastructure, human resources, and conditions to ensure the merger process proceeded smoothly.

The merger is expected to create a new Quan Ba commune, with the administrative center located in the current Tam Son town. Therefore, the distance from the furthest hamlet of Quyet Tien commune to the new administrative center will be nearly 20km.
