The people's consensus was clearly demonstrated through consultations, in which the majority of residents agreed with the merger plan, hoping for a more streamlined and efficient government apparatus and improved living standards for the people. In addition, the Party Committee and the government of Quyet Tien commune proactively reviewed and prepared the necessary infrastructure, human resources, and conditions to ensure the merger process proceeded smoothly.

Quyet Tien commune, Quan Ba ​​district, and Tam Son town are jointly ushering in a new phase of development.

The merger is expected to create a new Quan Ba ​​commune, with the administrative center located in the current Tam Son town. Therefore, the distance from the furthest hamlet of Quyet Tien commune to the new administrative center will be nearly 20km. Consequently, many residents hope that continued investment in infrastructure development will be prioritized.
