Previously, information and images were spread on social networks "accusing" 2 employees of Nguyen Sinh sandwich shop of assaulting customers.
According to information on social networks, on the evening of June 30, 3 people in a family went to Banh Mi Nguyen Sinh for dinner. The customers brought a can of coconut water into the restaurant, so some people at the restaurant criticized them for being "uncultured" and "ignorant".
Feeling offended, the three guests decided to stop eating and leave. At the same time, they "gently gave their comments" while leaving. However, the restaurant owner and staff did not respond, continuing to say that they did not target the guest's family "as a way of denying responsibility".
"I was so frustrated that I said, if it's that troublesome, I'll put a big sign outside to get customers' attention, not every place has such a rule (no water allowed in the restaurant - PV) and I won't have to remind people. The restaurant owner and staff didn't accept this suggestion at all, started insulting my mother, rushed in to slap me and knocked my younger brother down on the sidewalk" - the customer shared.
This guest immediately filed a complaint with the ward police and said he was "extremely shocked" and "disappointed".
Hang Trong Ward Police immediately invited the relevant parties to work, the restaurant owner and 2 employees apologized to the customer's family.
Currently, Hang Trong Ward Police are consolidating records to administratively punish those who assault and harm the health of others.
