On February 19, in Hai Phong , the Navy held an opening ceremony for training in 5 dances in collective activities for agencies and units under the Navy.
Rear Admiral Pham Van Luyen, Deputy Chief of Naval Politics attended and directed, also attended by: Head of Command Region 1, Brigade 131, representatives of political agencies, propaganda assistants of BTM, CHC, CKT, Region 1, VKT, Hai Thanh Company, Brigades: 126, 131, Naval Group 128; comrades in the teaching team and 55 comrades who are cadres, employees, cultural and artistic cores in the entire Army.
During the 3 days, 55 cultural and artistic cores from agencies and units throughout the Army will be instructed by teachers in dances in collective activities, focusing on 5 new dances directed by the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, including: dances of faith, marching, soldiers, young soldiers and peace.
The training session aims to promptly disseminate and implement unified dances right from the first days of Spring 2024, creating a widespread, rich and exciting influence in cultural and artistic activities in agencies and units throughout the Army, contributing to preserving and promoting the values of Vietnamese revolutionary art and national cultural identity; at the same time, helping to focus on collective artistic activities, creating a step of innovation, strong change and unity in collective dance and singing activities of the army.
Not only that, these activities also continue to promote the unique values of military culture, widely applied throughout the army, creating unity in the beauty of soldiers, contributing to enhancing aesthetic values in building a regular, elite, modern army and in line with the development trend of art in the new period, improving the spiritual and cultural life of soldiers.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Rear Admiral Pham Van Luyen requested the Organizing Committee and the Teaching Team to proactively coordinate closely with relevant agencies, units and forces; perform well in all aspects; organize and operate the training class activities seriously and closely, ensuring the correct content and program according to the set plan.
Cultural and artistic cores participating in training, promoting high responsibility for learning, practicing, strictly following the regulations of the Organizing Committee, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects; taking advantage of every time to acquire and supplement knowledge and skills, effectively applying them in the process of organizing and guiding at the unit later.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, the Organizing Committee disseminated the rules and programs, and organized dance training classes as planned. The training class will close on February 21.
