To date, 100% of the province's military computers have been installed with MiAV, TA21, and a secure USB 2.6 solution; ensuring a good military data transmission infrastructure serving digital transformation, with speeds of 10Mbps - 20Mbps. The Provincial Military Command also requested and used 13 organizational digital signatures and 161 individual digital signatures. Since the province's merger, thousands of documents have been issued, with the percentage of digitally signed documents exceeding 99%, and individual digitally signed documents exceeding 92%.
The process of implementing innovation and digital transformation shows that the awareness and knowledge of officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces are constantly improving. Each officer and soldier demonstrates a high spirit of striving to become a "digital soldier," meeting the requirements of modernizing the armed forces and ensuring the effectiveness of local military and national defense work in the digital age .

“Digital transformation in the military has become an urgent requirement and an inevitable trend to enhance overall strength and meet the demands of national defense in the new situation. The digital transformation process is yielding clear results, contributing to improving the capacity, leadership thinking, command, training, exercises, combat readiness , and logistics and technical support for the forces. It ensures that the work of understanding, forecasting, and advising on situation resolution is carried out quickly and effectively, preventing passivity and surprises; and the advisory activities for the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on local defense and military affairs have achieved better results,” Lieutenant Colonel Tran Hoang Trieu, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial Military Command, informed.
" How can we ensure that every officer and soldier in the army becomes a 'digital soldier,' mastering digital platforms and possessing digital skills to effectively serve their assigned tasks? We must 'modernize' people before modernizing weapons and equipment, as we often say, 'people first, weapons second', " emphasized General Phan Van Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission and Minister of National Defense.
For the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Military Party Committee has selected digital transformation as one of the important breakthroughs to contribute to the nationwide effort to build a smart, lean, and efficient army capable of mastering high technology, ready to cope with all challenges, and firmly protect the independence, sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity of the Fatherland.
