Second, the program of giving points to the point wallet is applied to existing customers. Users receive bonus points based on the average account balance/month (CASA) or based on the number of transactions. Specifically, customers can receive from 2,000 to 10,000 points per month when maintaining a balance of 500 thousand VND to 50 million VND, and receive 10 points for each money transfer and bill payment transaction worth from 50,000 VND.
