Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Y Quang BKrong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, along with representatives of departments, branches and 150 delegates representing 569 party members from 31 grassroots party organizations in the entire Party Committee.
Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Khe commune Vu Tien Lu emphasized that the 1st Congress of the Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 is an important political event, of great significance to the development orientation of Quang Khe commune in the new period.
Quang Khe commune was merged from Quang Khe and Dak Plao communes. The locality currently has a total area of 22,416 hectares, with 17 villages and hamlets and nearly 18,000 people.
During the past term, the commune's economic structure has been shifting positively towards gradually reducing the proportion of agriculture and increasing industry and services. It is estimated that by the end of 2025, local agriculture - forestry - fishery will account for 63.5%; industry - construction will account for 15%; and trade - services will account for 21.5%.
The management and disbursement of public investment has been focused on by local Party committees and authorities in a synchronous and drastic manner, based on the resources of the Central Government from the 3 National Target Programs. During the term, the total budget for implementing the national target programs was over 90.3 billion VND. Currently, over 72.5 billion VND has been disbursed, reaching a rate of 80.3%.

The congress approved the main targets that Quang Khe strives to achieve in the coming term. Of which, the annual budget revenue will increase by 5% compared to the previous year. The average annual growth rate of total product value will reach 7.5%.
The locality strives for total social investment capital to reach over 1,000 billion VND/year. Average income per capita by 2030 will reach 95 million VND/person/year. The multidimensional poverty rate by 2030 will be below 1.7%...
In the new term, the locality has set 6 key tasks and 2 strategic breakthroughs. In particular, focusing on developing trade, services and tourism.
The commune is encouraging people to cooperate in tourism, services, production and trading of products with characteristics associated with traditional cultural identity of the nation. At the same time, organizing agricultural production applying high technology, creating value chains in production.
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Y Quang BKrong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, praised the results achieved by the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Khe commune in the past term.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized that for the 2025-2030 term, the Commune Party Committee needs to urgently develop a program and action plan to implement the Congress resolution, in order to bring the Party's resolution into life.
The locality needs to quickly stabilize the organization, build a great solidarity bloc, and unify the will and actions of the entire Party. This is the top priority and has decisive significance.

Comrade Vu Tien Lu was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; comrades Ta Dinh Hai and Mai Van Tung held the positions of Deputy Secretaries of the Commune Party Committee.
