Quang Nam establishes provincial-level architectural advisory council.

The Vice Chairman of the Council is the Director of the Department of Construction. The Council also includes members who are representatives of the leadership of state management agencies related to architecture, including: the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the Department of Transport; the Department of Planning and Investment; the Department of Finance; the Energy Management and Technical Division (Department of Industry and Trade); the Planning and Surveying Division, Land Management Sub-Department (Department of Natural Resources and Environment); the Planning Management Division (Department of Construction); the Quang Nam Provincial Architects Association; and the Chairman or Vice Chairman of the People's Committee at the district level in charge of the relevant field (where the architectural project is located).

In addition, based on the artistic value of the architecture, landscape, and historical and cultural value, the Standing Committee of the Council will advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to consider inviting representatives from relevant agencies in the fields of investment and finance; experts or members of professional associations (Quang Nam Provincial Architects Association, Provincial Urban Planning and Development Association) to participate in the council.

The Council is tasked with advising the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the field of architecture in general, and the architecture of certain important and valuable architectural works in the province, in accordance with the law, the Architecture Law, and current national technical standards and regulations.
