Quang Ngai completed issuing nearly 12 thousand digital signatures

VHO – Up to now, Quang Ngai province has completed issuing nearly 12,000 digital signatures to organizations and individuals, ensuring smooth online document processing and management.

The administrative procedure settlement system for people is smooth.

Quang Ngai has completed 7 key information systems, including: Official email, provincial-level integration and sharing platform, Document Management and Operation software, administrative procedure settlement system, Electronic Information Portal, reporting and video conferencing information system.

To date, the province has created more than 26,000 email accounts, 9,100 document management accounts, and 8,200 administrative procedure processing accounts. The video conferencing system has covered 96 commune-level People's Committees, simultaneously connecting 100 bridges, and checking stable signals from the province to the grassroots.

In particular, more than 1,700 online public services have been integrated into the National Public Service Portal, including 539 full-services, ready to serve people and businesses anytime, anywhere.

The province has also completed the issuance of nearly 12,000 digital signatures for organizations and individuals, ensuring smooth online document processing and management. Telecommunications enterprise technical teams and commune and ward officials have been assigned to provide 24/7 support, ready to handle arising issues, ensuring no interruption of data connection in the initial phase of operation.
