Quang Ngai: One person swept away by flood water and missing

On the morning of August 16, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 1 - Department PC07, Quang Ngai Provincial Police, is searching for the victim who was swept away while crossing the river.

On the afternoon of August 15, Mr. D.H (born in 1944, residing in Rin Village, Son Thuy Commune, Quang Ngai Province) went missing after crossing the Xa Lo River.

Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 1 - Department PC07 searched for missing people on the night of August 15.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 1 - Department PC07 urgently deployed forces to the scene at Xa Lo River to search for victims swept away by the water.

Continue to increase human resources and search equipment on the morning of August 16

By the morning of August 16, the force continued to increase human resources and specialized equipment such as inflatable boats, life jackets, detectors, etc., coordinating with local forces to expand the search area, especially in dangerous areas and downstream areas.

Rescue work is currently ongoing.
