In order to complete the plan and strive to increase land use fee revenue in 2026, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province issued Official Document No. 4162 requesting departments, agencies, and localities to focus on decisively implementing key tasks.

Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, agencies, units, and localities are to continue reviewing and adjusting the land use fee collection plan for 2026, while accelerating the implementation of projects with revenue from land. They are also tasked with urging and resolving difficulties and obstacles related to land use fee collection, and are instructed to promptly advise on the issuance of operational regulations and assign specific tasks to members.

Closely monitor the land use rights auction plan for 2026 to ensure timely implementation. The Provincial People's Committee also requested accelerating the land allocation process to investors, determining specific land prices for approval; and focusing on handling projects awaiting land use purpose conversion to create a basis for collecting land use fees into the state budget. Implement the land use rights auction plan, and periodically report on results and any difficulties or obstacles encountered.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested that localities where projects are located proactively coordinate with investors to resolve difficulties and accelerate implementation progress. In case of obstacles beyond their authority, the units should promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and guidance in resolving them.
