Specifically, the incident occurred at around 9:00 p.m. on August 19, on Nguyen Huu Khieu Street, Nam Dong Ha Ward, Quang Tri Province.

According to the driver of the car with the dash cam recording the incident, after discovering the error of the automatic train barrier suddenly raising when the train passed, he posted the video clip on social media to warn people to avoid unfortunate incidents because it is very dangerous. At the same time, he hopes that the authorities will soon fix and handle the problem.
