New regulations on business expenses for civil servants and public employees
The Ministry of Finance issued Circular 12/2025/TT-BTC dated March 19, 2025 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 40/2017/TT-BTC of the Minister of Finance regulating the regime of business trip expenses and conference expenses, effective from May 4, 2025.
