Pursuant to Decision No. 762/QD-BVHTTDL dated March 24, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on organizing the 2025 Youth Photography Festival; At the request of the Director of the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitions; The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision to award prizes to authors at the 2025 Youth Photography Festival.
Accordingly, the Awards for authors at the 2025 Young Photography Festival include two categories: Realistic photography and conceptual photography.

For the realism category, the Organizing Committee is expected to award a gold medal to author Tran Minh Luong ( Can Tho ) - work: Photo series "Brightening green aspirations". In addition, 2 silver medals, 4 bronze medals, 6 consolation prizes will be awarded to the winning authors.
In the idea photo category, the Organizing Committee is expected to award 1 gold medal to author Phan Minh Tho ( Gia Lai ) - work: Photo series "Behind the score" and 1 silver medal, 1 bronze medal and 1 consolation prize to the winning authors.
The Young Photography Festival is held every two years to encourage the development of young photographers, contribute to promoting creative activities, and publish works reflecting contemporary life through the lens of young Vietnamese photographers; is an opportunity for young photography enthusiasts across the country to exchange, learn, meet, introduce creative achievements, and supplement the next generation of Vietnamese photography.
At the same time, contributing to introducing and promoting the image of the country and Vietnamese people to the domestic and international public. Contributing to encouraging the interest, connection and participation of young people in the art of photography in particular and social issues in general. Helping management agencies and the photography industry have an overview and correct assessment of the current situation of young photographers and issues of photo creation among young people in recent times. From there, find the right direction for development and direction for young people who love photography in the period of international integration.
