New regulations on collection of some fees and charges

On June 30, 2025, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 64/2025/TT-BTC regulating collection rates and exemptions of certain fees and charges to support businesses and people.

This Circular applies to organizations and individuals involved in the payment of fees and charges prescribed in the document.

Accordingly, from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026, the collection rates of many types of fees and charges will be reduced by 50% compared to previous regulations. Of which, 3 types of fees in the fields of publishing and tourism will be reduced, including:

- Fee for assessing the content of non-commercial documents to grant publishing licenses;

- Appraisal fee for granting International Travel Service Business License and Domestic Travel Service Business License;

- Assessment fee for tourist guide card issuance
